Veteran rewards

Well i can probably answer my own question but i figure i might as well ask. The veteran rewards are based on your Everquest 2 account age not on your general station account age? I've had an active station account on the original Everquest and Everquest online adventures for over 4 years but it seems the only time ive been credited for Everquest 2 veteran rewards is the time ive been playing it. (I.E. I've been playing Eq2 for 18 months and i only have 18 month rewards, but ive had the active station account for 4 years should i have 4 years worth of veteran rewards?) If not its cool if so id enjoy have my next couple sets of veteran rewards on my account, but either way thanks and sorry if ive wasted your time.

Wingrider is correct. It goes by the amount of paid time on the account. It does not count time when the game was inactive. You might have some additional vet time from expansion purchases as well.

This is incorrect.

It does not matter if the account goes inactive, vet rewards will count from the first day you registered EQ2.

If you only played the day the game was launched then quit and then reactivated the account today, you would still get 5 year vet rewards.

I'm sorry, but you are wrong in this case. I just tested it to make sure. I logged into my CSR account that has the game but has never paid and it does not have any veteran rewards. That CSR account was created over a year and a half ago and should have several rewards at this point. It's not a trial account, either.

The only exception to this rule is the 2 year subscription plan for Everquest 1. With that plan you get one year of veteran reward time immediately and then another year of veteran reward time after the first year ends. Let me know if you have any questions.
