![]() Can someone help explain stealth and invis to me. Whats the difference? Many scouts can track. How do you track a brigand that is stealth? Or a invis wizzy? Are swashbuckers/brigand trackable when they stealth? Some players talk about some kind of totem that makes it possible for rangers/assasin to track swash/brigs. Where do you buy these. Im new to this game, and just want some clarification on this. Thanks |

![]() At level 20, you can use totems to see stealth and track. Totem of the butterfly grants you see stealth for 15 minutes. Likewise, totem of the owl grants you see invisibility for 15 minutes. They can both be used together. Each totem has 5 charges, most people allocate a single bag in their inventory just for storing totems. A brigand and a swashy can see stealth while using their own stealth. A ranger and assassin can see invisibility by using their own stealth. Sometimes these scouts will use the opposite totems so that they can see both. Most scouts, however, use both totems so that they don't always have to be in stealth to be able to see and track players who are either stealthed or invisible. It's good for all classes to use the totems, you don't wanna be caught off guard by the scout that is sitting in stealth on top of a rock near you that you can't see. At level 70, you can use a single totem that will grant you what both the buttefly and owl do. Totem of the cat grants see stealth and invisibility for 15 mintes. |

![]() As for the difference between stealth and invisibility, there really isn't any as to what it's function does. I suppose, if you were to put it into a role playing perspective, stealth would be the art of using one's surroundings to become "invisible". But, in reality, they are both the exact same thing, but require different abilities to see one or the other. |

At lvl 20 you get Vision totem of the butterfly which allows you to see stealth and vision totem of the owl which allows you to see invis. Anyone who pvps will have these. At lvl 70 you get vision totem of the cat which allows you to see invis and stealth. Now for tracking. All scouts get track. Rogues which are swashbucklers and Brigands stealth gives them an added see stealth buff and predators which are assasins and rangers get a see invis when they stealth. Bards don't get either. You can track anyone at anytime if you can see them. Below lvl 20 this gives scouts a huge advantage but after that not as much. You can buy all of these totems off the broker because they are player made. Just remember stealth and invis are different. So you need different buffs to see it. |
