Master Spell Choices

I am level 17 and I read that at 14 I can make my 1st choice for a Master II spell. I must have missed that. Is there some window I can open to make that choice?

On a related issue -- can you reset a spell choice that was made (like you can for racial tradition choices)?

Press L and scroll down and you will see your choices.

The only way to change your choices is to go to mage tower and get re-set. There is an NPC there for that purpose.
