Calthine meets Live Gamer!

With the Station Exchange service going over to a third party, Zam's own Calthine did a little investigating. She found an issue and dropped Live Gamer some feedback. Not only were they prompt responding, but George Scotto, Senior Director of Global Customer Service, responded personally and agreed to answer a few questions! An awesome interview! I'll put this in the launcher as soon as I can, hopefully more folks will see what's coming, and the care being taken to ensure they're safe in using the new system.

I was terribly pleased with Live Gamer and George's responsiveness (the issue was taken care of the next day), and found George very communicative and open about Live Gamer. Overall it's given me a very positive feeling about the Station Exchange to Live Gamer transition.
