All characters on AB are gone

i have 2 accts on 2 separate computersall was fine last nighti long in today and the launcher downloads a huge patch that took 30min to DLwhen i got to the character select screen i found that my char on AB is gone but all char on Lucan Dlere are still thereLogged on to my 2nd acct and the 2 char i had there - both on AB are gone - i have zero characterson that acct nowany ideas? i cant even log on to even petition on ABi checked server status but shows all servers up cept one - and AB wasnt the oneok just tried to log on - now char select shows my char - and now shows that AB is locked - whew!if server status was updated i wouldnt have had this panic - now to do something else till AB comes back
