Going to Gorowyn from Freeport.

I started a DE, and was wondering if I can do the quests from the Gorowyn starting area. If so, how do I get there?

You should be able to do the quest.

Fly to sinking sands from the dock in EFP, from sinking sands, take the carpet to Garowyn.

Also, should you happen to be in the Butcherblock Mountains, there is a griffon just up by the beach.
