![]() Hi, I was going on to EQII yesterday and on the login it downloaded sumthin. I think it was Kunark but I don't recall pre-ordering it or purchasing it for download yet. All that I can think of is someone pre ordered it for me as a X-mas pressie but I'm pretty sure they haven't. I can see Kunark on the map. But is the download so I can see Sarnaks and stuff but not have one. So I don't see black blobs running about cos I ani't got de Graphics. Zan |

The download that you probably received, was in fact just like you suspected. So you can see the Kuark weapons, armour, mounts etc, even if you do not have the expansion.

You'd know if it was Kunark, it would take 3 days to download over multiple downloads preventing you from accessing the game. The SOE way!

The SOE way!You know, I could be way off the mark, but I'd bet those are patches you are downloading. I know there is at least one patch (Todays, actually. I don't know if you bothered to look into that) since launch, and I think there was a small patch between now and launch as well. You expect them to have RoK launch and you not have to download anything else for a week? Are you new to MMOs?Also, what the heck kind of connection do you have? When Kunark launched my download was done before I could finish watching The Lost Boys. The patch today took less than 30 minutes.Murora, like the above reply said you probably just had to download some of the content that everyone will see. Also, as I said, there are usually a few patches shortly after a major launch to fix major issues. |

Question asked, question answered...then the topic was left far behind as the thread went off in a totally random direction. I think we're all done here!
