I really like some of the nicer, larger rooms and houses you can get as a player.

As a shopper however, I *HATE* when the seller has a house or suite in some zone where there are tons of different addresses.  If there is somebody in a starter zone who is selling the same item slightly higher, I'll buy from them instead because I know it will be more convenient.

I'm not sure if there is something like this already in the game, but it would be nice to add a right click feature to the guards which would be "Find address" or something like that, in which you would put in the player's name whose address you want to find, then you get the glowy path to his or her door.  Given the guards are there 24x7 they'd probably know where everybody lives.

Since the guards are usually right at the zone lines, it would make it pretty convenient. Not sure how the feature would work in Kelethin, given the varying heights and such, but the more "address dense" areas in Qeynos and Freeport would benefit.  Even not having to search through 4 or 5 different doors of a single inn's suites would be beneficial.

If there is something already in place that serves this purpose, please let me know.  Wouldn't be the first time I've been missing out on a really useful feature in this game.

When you see an item listed on the broker, it shows the location as well as the name of the seller.  Write down the zone, street address, and name of the seller, then go to that zone. Press Alt-W and you get a list of all the addresses in that zone.  Choose the correct one and you'll get a waypoint (and a map indicator) of the door to go to.That being said, there have been a couple times I wanted to go to someone's home to see their furniture, and couldn't remember where exactly they lived.  If they are selling something at that address you can use the broker to look them up, but otherwise you have to email them or wait till they log in next.  It would be nice to have a home directory somewhere in each city.

OK the map thing will definitely help.  I do find myself forgetting who I was going to buy stuff from sometimes, or what item I was going to buy from who.

Sometimes there are 4 or 5 people in the same zone selling items I want, and I have to write a list.

As long as I'm daydreaming, how about allowing a player to buy an item off the broker for "in-store pickup"...You immediately buy the item at the broker for the seller's price (with no fee). You get a 0xp quest  (or something along those lines such as a tab on the seller's access room) requiring you to visit the players room with the item as the reward.

That way you still have to visit the room to get the lower price, but your item is "reserved." You also know what item you're getting, and who you are getting it from.

The seller sees no difference.

Ideally the pickup could just be a tab on the player's room access window, that way you don't have to zone in, trip over furniture, animals, and mechanical copters looking for the seller's boxes, just to turn around and zone out.  Also, players who like their privacy can restrict access and still be able to sell direct.
