Cloak of Flames vs. Rallos Zek Cloak

I'm almost tempted to keep using the Zek cloak for the damage and DPS proc as I've noticed that it procs quite frequently.

Which cloak would be the better choice for an assassin?

Zek if you have haste in another slot COF until you get haste in another slot... I personally use the DT access bracelet right now.

Cloak of Woven leaves (Throne of New Tunaria :: +4 to melee crits, power drain proc) > (Zek (Quest :: dmg proc, dps proc)/ Mistmoore's Cloak (Inner Sanctum :: +30 haste, +2 to melee, spell and heal crits)) > Cloak of Flames (Heritage Quest :: +25 haste). At least, imo.

Best cloaks are the Cloak of Woven Leaves and Mistmoore's Cloak. But it depends on how much haste you have besides the cloak slot, too.
