Hey, I sent this bug to sony.  Wanted to see if I had loss my mind. I just started a career with a new char and when asked to forge a tin greatsword it was not in my recipe book.   So i though maybe i had missed purchasing one of the books so i purchased all of them again. no greatsword. I did this three times.  No greatsword.  Has anyone reported this as a glitch? I'm guessing that without this recipe in my book my career with this char is over. Thanks

usually by the time you get the great sword you don't have enough TSl vl  to make it. Make the one or two items you need to lvl and scribe the next book.

Wow, you give up fast, lol. The Tin Broadsword is a level 6 recipe.  It's in Artisan Essentials volume 6.  If you're not level 6 yet, you can't scribe the book with the recipe.

Don't make fun of me now. LOL! Ok, I forgot about that.  I'll make some easier things and see if it turns up.  I guess I was rushing it a bit. Let's see what happens after we level up a bit. Thanks

Just a good-natured poke SMILEY  I don't think we're missing any recipes any more, so if you can't find one it's really good odds that you don't have the book for one reason or another.

Hehe... it's easy to do. It's bit me from time to time. You can't actually keep up with the level required for the quests unless you do one or two items extra. I think originally you didn't have to and could just run through the quest to get the Tunic and level 9. Speak to delegate et Voila! level 10. I've experimented a bit with this quest line and found that even if you get all Pristines you still have to make at least one extra item. The greatsword is where the break occurs. And you have to have 2 Frogs Legs... SMILEY
