The Charm ability in MMiS

Has anyone figured out how to deel with the MT getting charmed in MMiS?

We go through this consistently where our MT get charms, Hit by raid mates and then afterwards cant move because the game locks him up in some sort of fasion.

Has anyone seen this? figured out a way to combat it? figured out a way to combat the CHarm in MMiS?
