![]() example : i got 9k magic resist , fighting a raid yellow mob - get hit from his magic attack for 3k , seconed magic attack for 5k , 3rd magic attack totally resisted ? there is no consistancy. how is it calculated ? how really does higher number of a certain resist , protect u ? is it a % to avoid/resist a certain attack ? Does it mean , that when u get hit , if u have higher resist the dmg is lowered ( example : same attack - one person have 2k resist - hit for 5k dmg , seconed person have 8k resist - hit for 1k dmg only ?) explanations would be apriciated. cheers |

depends on the raid or mod. Certain rai dmobs have a variable aoe damage, certain ones are distance based, certian ones cast debuffs before aoe. And other classes debuffs cna effect the final aoe. Not to mention healers in yoru group cna ward soem damage.
