Hey guys, i have searched the forums for quite a while looking for an answer to this and couldnt find it. I am a lvl 15 brigand and I suck at getting away if I need to. I have had other stealth classes get away from me like cake easily a few times. In an instant they drop of my target and go hidden and i cant see them at all. Anytime i try to evade and then stealth they always seem to hunt me down anyways. Whats the trick, why are the qeynos getting away with stealth and I cant? Are they just using the "previous target" macro to get me? I just read about that and havent had the situation to try it in with a stealther. Thanks

can be any number of reasons... there are classes that can see/track steallthed/invis players and tinkerers can make items that allow you to see these people as well. at level 20 there are totems useable as well as spell abilities depending on the class. best bet is simply sprint out the combat penalties and hope you train them to friends. not sure what brigs get but when you go into stealth dont you get see stealth or inviis?????

I think he means when someone stealths and you can't find them anymore so they get away. He tries that and they still catch him. The trick is to sprint a good distance from your target, stealth, then turn to either the left or right and run away from your opponent as they still run forward looking for you.

yes but veteran scouts have their track window open before engaging a fight so that when a stealther tries that they merely utilize a tool or ability or stealth themself to get them on track then lock track on them and finish them off so its basically moot to try and stealth off an encounter that has a veteran tracker in the group. least of all one that has a swashy since they see stealth while stealthed.

Yea I can go back into sneak to see them when they stealthed, but I was asking this question more from the standpoint that I want to learn how to clear and get away against other people that cant see stealth(since ill be lvl locked i dont have to worry about totems and all that). Everytime I try to sprint, then evade, and then stealth they seem to still find me even if they cant see stealthed. I guess it could just be that im not really more than 25m away.... but if you stealth w/out clearing their target they will just see u when u stealth right?

![]() In this order: Snare Cheapshot (stun) Sprint and evade as you're running Use left mouse button,Pan around and look behind you while running, soon as you have a decent gap and no dots on you, hit stealth. Then IMMEDIATELY change direction by 70-90 degrees and KEEP running. Right click stealth icon and cancel it If you think you have a tracker on you (you should be watching them in YOUR tracking) head for a zoneline as this will break their track lock. Sounds a lot, but after a while it'll become second nature for a scout who is outnumbered etc... By the way, the reason you cancel Sprint manually is to conserve power. If you're feeling cocky (and I often am) then keep your target at max range and wait till their power goes (they usually sprint after you). Then close back in and finish them when they're OOP |

Not sure if it does if you can see stealth, but I dont think so. |

Haha thats sad seeing how brigands stealth gives see stealth. If someone goes stealth all you need to do is the same thing! That or buy totems, there actually cheap on the freeport side. There like 6g on qeynos but only under 1g for freeport. That and you can always use /target "name" even if you dont know the whole name you can use the first 4 letters if its to long or hard to spell and you will target them if ther close to you. Basically if you can see the color of there con on track you can use /target "name" command and get a target. Great for slow renders. So no one should ever be getting away from you, unless you dont have track up while your fighting. Which is stupid because you wont be able to see whose coming up on you mid fight. As for getting away its all about run speed really. Your a brigand you have a snare that snares...then resnares on termination along with roots. You just need to learn how to play better and optimize your CA rather then using which ever one pops up first. Chances are if your running from a scout there gona be able to track you no matter what. Stealth while running then drop it immidiately because it'll just slow you down, unless they can't see stealth which you should really learn to recognize if they can or not. And when all else fells you can evac or safe house at higher levels if not engaged. Your only 15, level up and learn more about your spells, trained monkeys play brigands because there so easy. Only the stupid monkeys die
