ok, whenever I am sneaking and attempt to initiate combat with assassin's blade or another similar combat art, i get the message, "you must be in stealth to use this ability."  what would be causing this? i never had this problem until about a week ago.

Assassins get 2 types of stealth, combat and non combat. The reason you are getting that message is because you are trying to use a non combat stealth to initiate combat.

I cant remember the skill names off the top of my head but try using your alternate steath skill to start combat.

I use Harkin's Stalking pretty much all the time as you can move very quickly whilst in stealth and attack from it.

I can't remever the name of the stealth skill your using, but I bet it's the adept 1 version.  The adept 1 of that skill has been bugged for a long time, not allowing you to start a stealthed combat move with it.  To get around this use your other stealth (the +see hidden one) and you will have no problems :smileyhappy:

It's Slip Away at Adetp1... it's bugged if you upgrade it to that level (not sure about higher) but you can't attack from it anymore, at App1 you can however... All stealth skills can be used to start combat. Slip Away -> Vanish ->Disappear can be used to attack from, but not during combat, only before to start (Slip Away being bugged and Vanish and Disappear being it's upgrades, I'm slightly afraid to upgrade Disappear think it will bug also)

It seems that any upgrade to Slip Away will be bugged.  I have app2, store bought upgrade, and it will not let me do stealth attacks.
