Okay so imnew to the class but I have leveled one to 15 and I am enjoying the class so far. Now I was wondering, does it matter what spell you choose to master? I noticed there were 4 choices, 3 were songs and one was a nuke. What is best for end game ? I think I got the option at lv 13. Also, is this choice kinda like other games where if you keep choosing the same thing it is better?

The choices you get at level 14, 24, 34, 44, 54 and 64 are upgrades to songs you already have. The upgrade makes that song of Master 2 quality.Normally a new version with better stats of each song will be available after 14 levels. These newer versions replace the old ones.

1. The spells most needed/wanted will be the combat arts, songs and spells you get in the endgame. The spell you get as master at lvl 14 has no impact or meaning for the endgame and raids. If you want to figure out more about raiding and troubadours, I think there is a post about the 'raiding troubadour' around here. You could take a look there and see if you can find some answers. I'm sorry I can't help you more, but I simply lack the knowledge you seek. 2. No, there is no cumulative effect if you stick with the same line throughout your career.

At 70 we get this cool specialization trait that allows us to afk for hours at a time and walk through walls
