Scout Progression quest stuck

I'm doing the scout progression quest for Brigand.

I died in the instance on the second part of the quest after talking with Dranok Bileblood. How do I get back into the instance? The NPC doesn't pop for me again, and I tried going to the bloodskull valley door, but "Maulic's Stronghold" isn't listed there.

Any ideas?

Ah, nevermind, trick was zoning in and out of the common lands... D'OH!

This quest is stuck for me as well. Dranok attacked me so I zoned and came back. During the middle of the conversation, Dranok poofed. How can I get him to respawn? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
