What one hander were you using?  What dual wields are you now using?  Are their weapon procs? Were you using poison?  Were you fighting goups?  On single target mobs this looks to be the way to go now.  I am wondering how much hurricane damage will be lost though.  I loved being a couple hundred above the entire group in AoE dps with adept III inspiration and hurricane and my 1 hander.  Since it is a mainhand attack we will lose about 25% damage with each hurricane swing and I don't remember if I could double attack off of hurricane or not.  Too many orange numbers and attacks to figure out where they were from.  Anyway, just curious.  I suppose it would be good to have a powerful single target line and a powerful AoE line.  I guess I could go Wis+Agi and get the best of both worlds, but the top tier STR ability is so nice.

well i was using a 67 rating 1 hander, now have two 53 rating dual wields with procs. As for hurricane and wis line, yes it procs on the double attack, but it wont proc off the seccond hand. Ive gone with a fast weapon in my main hand atm, 1sec attack speed, seems to proc hurricane fine, but the biggest difference ive noticed is that firstly having avast ye proc on hurricane is just awesome, adn seccondly two fast dual Wields with Inspiration is just [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] sweet dps (500+ dmg every half seccond isnt too bad) Now i play on a pvp server where high sustained short burst dmg is king, and this really helps drastically.the only real problem ive noted is that losing coule and the 360 parry chance has hurt my defence by about 7-10%, my current spec is str 4/4/8/8 agi 4/4/8/8 so ive got my crits maxed at 13.9% and defence maxed at 27, the speed is great for PVP, so i maxed that along with Avast ye.as for the top tier STR ability, since im not currently PVE raiding, its fairly useless, however you raise a nice issue with wis/agi that i might have to look into in future, but for now dual wields is definatly more fun SMILEY

Back when I stopped using dual wield, I made the change mostly becuase inspiration wasn't proccing on my offhand weapon. Has this changed? Also, I read somewhere that the minimum effective delay regardless of your haste is .8 can anyone confirm this?

No minimum delay, confirmed by devs. No real reason to when there's a total of two non-normalized procs in the game.
