Is INT line worth it for PvP

I'm thinking of going this line. Having all the buffs of a group of Freeps dispelled and one taking a lot of damage would be pretty nice.

Am i mistaken in this? And does it cause damage to the target MOB/PC or is it damage to my pet a part of the sacrafice?
