![]() well the easy answer is .. NO! Baaad boy for thinking that a conj ([Removed for Content]) can out dps a necro. necros are the offensive answer to the summoners (just like all other evil classes). i see why you have your doubts when a conj launches blazing on his pet doing about 2k instantly with a recast on 30 secs tho also for pvp the conj got knockbacks wich can really [Removed for Content] everyone off. but see this from my side.. when i fire my 2 AE attacks: Infernal cloud 1k and the one from Drawing of souls (52 spell) 900 an with Lich 176- with the chance to rpoc with theese http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/items/GrizzfazzlesWalkingStick.php + Mystical Orb of the Invoker (proc also 10% and about same dmg amount. not to mention Abate Life. Then if i am against a full encounter ( ![]() The conj dps is divided like this - pet 80% caster 20% since he only got a few spells that can harm a mob unlike the necro that only got dmg spells. you cant compare a a necro scout vs a conj scout because of his blazing. but necro mage vs conj mage = most dmg from necros pet and as a plus side it got 2 heals too. im not very sure about the tank pet but without blazing the conj figther is toasted ![]() hope this will help you m8

I agree that we necros can outdps conjs, especially long fights like raid mobs.and our scout pet is better dps pet than conj's one.. that's what im using anyway, as master1... at same time their mage pet is better than our mage petalso, conjs are better than us in group encounters for sure, if short fights, their dps even greater, we are better in single mobs, long fights. But anway, it's alot depends on players too, on how good you play your class.. :smileywink:

![]() I managed to get into some instances and high level zones last night. We had a LVL 70 Conj there too. Will say that the Parse showed my DPS quite reasonable. I was typically third behind the Conj and a Bererker I think. I managed to get into 2nd place a time or two and managed a DPS high of 704. Ive actually managed DPS high of 1400 but that was with Undead tide, against a green heroic, with mutiple corpses lying around and I was mentored from 67 to 45

half of the time in an instance group i'll only have the chance to send pet in and get abate life off... but on Raids i'm parsing a steady 1200+dps each fight. I'm willing to bet that in instance groups (save the boss fights) i'm probably only parsing 700-800. not sure about that though. When ever i unleashe UT on a raid mob i'm easily up at the 2000+dps. ^_^ I'd like to think that is good DPS. but, i'm sure that once my guild gets a steady brigand and our Troubadore catches up with us (he is only lvl 60, so we basically use him for the mage buffs) it will go up a little more. As far as conjuror's are concerned, not sure though, they can't even touch my dps in our raids, but this could be due to a gap in player skill, spell quality (i'm pretty much mastered out, but if i recall corectly so is our conjuror), and pet choice along with AA lines.hope this helped... probably not, but oh well. -Trinaka70 Necromancer (Oasis)Guild Officer - Smoke
