![]() Have a few questions about the fabled wand "sepultual wand of mastery", it states that you recieve +5 Sepultules from it. But does Necromancers use this skill anymore, since all i can see are the skills Disruption, Ministration, Ordination and Subjugation. I´we been away for some time now from eq2 and just recently returned, before i took a break we necros used the Sepultures-skill for pretty much everything, now im a bit unsure about it. Got this wand yesterday and its really neat and all, just wondering if i still get a benefit for the +5 sepultures thingie on it. The GM:s couldnt help me, so im turning my questions to you, my fellow necromancers. Heard from a betatester for DoF that all fabled items where undergoing some dramatic changes, dont know if its true, but it would be nice to know if it is. You will cast as if you were 1 level above what you are right now. However, after the revamp the wand is getting changed, a lot. To what, I do not know.

![]() To my knowledge on beta it will do something similar to its effect but not in the same way.

![]() The proc on it is rather stupid, I liked the idea of it making our spells cast as if they were a level higher. When my Monk uses his Dragon Stance and gains +10 to fist, his fists that are too high level for him to use actually turn orange con (though he still can't equip them). He's actually fighting (offensively atleast) as if he was 2 levels higher. I'm not sure what this +4 disruption is going to do, make our damage spells a little better perhaps? ![]() Post revamp damage will not scale on spells with level. So I think the +disruption will only help in respect to resists, in effect turning a red mob orange in some cases.

wow i see NO reason to use that over prismatic after the expansion. 14 int less for 1 more disruption is not worth it plus you lose the 10 sta which will hurt since so many of our spells use HP now. also the proc on prismatic is much nicer especially since i hear we can now get our crushing a piercing skills up alot higher so i will probably stand there and beat on the mob between casts with the mellee when there isn't an AE.

I agree, and I think the STA portion is even more important now since we cant buff our own hps. I lost about 600pts of hp going from live to beta, and saw about a 200pt increase in my power.
