Mind Bend fixed?

Hey all just making sure i got this right but check yer mind bend description they removed the resistability on mobs 74+ so apparently the AA is worth getting now! Or did i read it wrong?

can someone verify? in combat i cant play for a bit so really curious!

i see it land on mobs in mistmore castle sooo, sure why not i gues its working
