shame i really dont care.

the only positive thing i can really say about the changes is what i put in the topic.

I really feel quite useless in a group now and have no idea why someone would wnat an illusionist other than to increase power regen and set to follow.  we still have our crowd control but that was only a side role before...

I just feel pretty lost, along with my motivation to continue playing.

my account is canceld and I have about 3 weeks to either get learn my character all over again, or get a new main.

i certainly wont recomend anyone to roll an illusionist anymore as things stand.

Did you look at our Debuffs?  They are pretty nice.  Also the stuns are great as you can use them more than once per fight, a stunned mob does no dps.

I feel much more powerful in group than before.  I actually contribute to DPS and drop mob DPS.  Exactly what I wanted out of my Illusionist.

I agree with SunTsu.  But what the original OP said is true...your old tactics and way of playing may need to change.  At level 50 though I had a good ol' time last night.  I Master II'd Prismatic Strife and I love dropping that on the MT and looking for the messages to hit.  Also, have a cast happy wizard in the group?  Drop dynamism on him and watch that spell proc as well.  We bring much more DPS to the group now than we did before.  On top of that we can now solo with the best of them...it's just gravy SMILEY
