Dynamism broke?

Anyone else notice dynamism seems broke or is it just me? Seems I cast it on one member of the group and when I try and cast it on a second....it immediately drops off the member I just buffed with it. Am I missing something?

Same here. Just got it though, didn't know you were supposed to be able to vast it to more than one target SMILEY

In my experience, when I cast Dynamism once on a groupmate, it is successfull. If I try to cast Dynamism again, the first buff drops, and the Dynamism hotbutton greys out with no recast timer. I cannot buff anyone with Dynamism after that.

I hear the bruisers are having similar problems with the spell Shrug Off. SO it sounds like a programmer somewhere screwed the pooch. Dynamism isn't that big of a deal. But Shrug Off is a HUGE deal because it is a much relied on buff for a main tank.

This is related to the conc buff changes I believe, and Bards wer ethe hardest hit by it. I assume the effect is unintentional, and will be corrected eventually. Or maybe they'll quintuple the dmg it does. either or.
