What's the deal with this? More procs with lesser duration? Looks the same to me.

Not even that, spell would have the same cast, recast, same number of procs and damage, just the duration is reduced. Waste of points.

the deal is same dmg in lesser time = more dmg over time totally. but spell is buged - the duration isn't lowered correct. just like dark infestation aa is buged too - and prolly will stay buged for years...
