Lvl 44 Deter

FF makes it a lot more interesting to use in HO's, whereas Deter is much too slow and weak. Not to mention during soloing. If Deter is the upgrade, have you tried soloing with it? Like you do with FF? My god 4 seconds is an eternity man, mobs can have you killed in that time, lol. I don't understand why we still have spells in the game that are not functioning, it's been 7 months now and it's not one spell that is a bit broken, but three completely broken.
