Anyone notice the change to root type spells, where it says that casting beneficial spells no longer break root?

I cant go home to test this till tonight, but I'd like to know if any lvl 33 wizards or higher out there can cast tether, then painful med, discressionary flow, and essence harvest, to see if it breaks the first part of tether?

also check to see if HO still randomly breaks the root?

I'm really interested to know if this finally fixed our canni's for solo, and may provide that extra power we need for grouped mobs.

btw heres the excerpt

*** Spells and Combat Arts ***

- Hostile spells that have a chance to break (such as root) should no longer break when someone in the group casts a beneficial spell.
