Can I give AA-Mirror and crafted Shard Gear to Twinks?

I don't play on Test but have a question:

Is it possible to give crafted AA-mirrors and crafted shard gear to twinks?

If not it would be cool if they would be unattuned heirloom items so that I can give them to twinks on the same account.

They made it clear that shard armor will not be heirloom, only the void shards will be.

But some of the lvl 80 Mastercrafted weapons are, like the Finely carved Effigy on my Monk is now Heirloom on test. But I don't think the Void tainted sword is heirloom which is wierd.
