Okay, so I completed the Kelethin to Freeport betrayal series about 15-20 minutes ago and now I'm a cute little fae Shadowknight.  Anyone else finished this one yet or did I somehow manage to be the first?  I know I was the first fae exile on my server because I got discovery credit all down the line.

Random thought of the day:

I really liked duck Hunt on the NES. we should get a mini ingame version of FAE HUNT where FAE fly up and we have to clik them fast to shoot them. Would be fun.

Sammiel's room is one of the large homes on the far residential platform.  Right click the door on Aerie Kolkas for the option to enter the instance.

Blooded mushrooms are random spawns around the big mushrooms near the Old Kelethin lift.

Good luck!

I thought about a Fae Inquisitor at lunch of EOF, but I like to run around with a really big hammer to smite the unbelievers. The picture of a Fae taking out his huge ... I mean large ... I mean tiny Hammer vs. an Troll made me laugh hard. So I decided to play a Troll that could use the whole Fae as his two handed hammer. And if the Fae is broken he can still eat it. Yea! Finally my new weapons and food is arriving at Freeport! I 'll never again need to walk so far to get a new one! Thanks for coming to Freeport!

I'm going to look around again real quick, but I still don't see a walk-through for the Kelethin to Freeport Betrayal. I found where to pick it up, so I guess I'll start a new thread on it, and anyone who has done this feel free to contribute to it. SMILEY

Well, I know there were others on AB that finished betrayal sooner than I did, but I got my fae brigand in last night a bit after Midnight (EST).  Not sure if I was the first fae brigand on my server, though, but oh well, it was fun.

Yeah it really kinda stinks that there's no way to officially find out who was first serverwide or worldwide to become evil, but I know I was really close at the very least, because I got world first discovery credit on five out of the nine quest items and I burned straight thru the entire series all the way to Freeport.  SMILEY

One little heads up for anyone else out there doing this Kelethin to Freeport, If you have invis and head into Qeynos and mobs are not grey to you, they won't /con kos to you with invis on but they will see through it and attack you. Also did anyone else notice the loss of every spell over 50?  I know I lost all of mine and had to rebuy all of those and even lost the "fun" spells (yes I knew about getting all my spells reset to Apprentice I, there was no mention of losing all the other spells in that warning).  I went from Warlock to Warlock btw. All in all it only took me around 3 hours to complete this (yeah I took my time to enjoy "The Exiled" tag).  When I got to Freeport last night I only saw around 3-4 other Fae's in there. /WTB Buddy for life

Mark my words...there will end up being more Fae in Freeport than in Kelethin.  You should just go ahead and betray, and move your evil self into a lovely acorn home now, and beat the rush.  IMO, SOE had this planned all along.....Kelethin is to be the next evil city.

I think to be fair to the native Freeportians all Freeport citizens should recieve an ability that instantly kills any evil fae in a 10 mile radius, that way we'll never have to see any of them in the city. Or at least we won't have to see any living ones.

and... become... a ranger...   I think i would rather adorn a Ring of Infinite Regeneration, then be permanently bound and have my Wurmslayer shoved into multiple uncomfortable places where it neither belongs nor naturally fits for the rest of my existance.

Well it's done. Say hello to my new Fae Brigand! Woot! (Believe me if there were another way to become a Fae Brigand and NOT live in Freeport, I would have done it.) Also if any other Fae would like to join me in pestering the grumpy people of Freeport, here's how: Link
