Major problems-can't play in beta

I'm not sure where to post this as I don't see a beta support. Hopefully, someone who sees this here, possibly even a Dev will have an answer.

I've been playing beta with no problems and logged off last night Thursday Nov. 10. This afternoon it was a different story. I'll number what happens to show what I am seeing:
1 - EQ2 Kunark Ascending loading screen takes a very long time
2 - Caching appearances starts but has a long stall at 80%
3 - Creating entities also takes a very long time.
4 - Character screen finally loads but my lone beta character is invisible
5 - I click 'play' to enter world
6 - at first it loads at a decent speed and then when I see 'Obulus Frontier, adding character to zone', it basically locks up
7 - after a lengthy time, I see 'updating environment map' but once again it seems to lock up
8 - Loading UI resources, same things as #7 and #8
9 - Finally, the screen opens where I logged off last night right beside the Crypt of Dalnir
10 - Merc I logged with won't fully load, I can't see my character or move around or anything
11 - I could see chat and I was finally able to click onto Crypt of Dalnir: Baron's Workshop (tradeskill) which I do need only to get repetition of #7, #8 and #10

I am so close to the end of both the sig questlines and now this.

Everything works just fine on the live server. I've logged with every character including my main who is the one on beta. I am going to try a final time right now and if it is still the same, then I guess I give up and cross my fingers that once the xpac goes live next week, I am not going to have problems such as this.

I just tried again, same logging problems/lockups, same invisible character etc. I tried downsizing the screen and then I was able to go out the doorway and fly to Twark BUT everything is invisible to me even though I can see they are there on track.
I give up for now and hope someone has an answer for me soon. Thanks
