[BUG] Nebulous Reality Anchor not giving CB/Pot

On my 95 monk Praefectus i have a Nebulous reality anchor attatched to Theldek's Translucent Pearl Necklace. It's leveled up to (4) and should be providing, 25 agi/str/int/wis, 25 sta, 2% pot and 1.8% crit bonus. The only yellow text indicating adorn stats on the neck are 18 agi/st/int/wis and 21 weapon skills from a white adorn. Taking off the necklace changes my stats according to what is shown on the necklace, rather than what my spirit stone shows. The spirit stone itself is showing the proper number of stats however. I havn't leveled up any other spirit stones so I don't know if this occurs at any other time.
