Old expansion claim items

So, is there any chance that some of these old expansion claim items could be made 1 per character now instead of one per account? Many of these items are housing items and there really isnt any reason why they should be restricted to one character(especially if you deleted those characters long ago to make room for your character pool on another server).

I dont even remember what all there was to be honest, the house plant, an orb I think, other things.
