No solo option on door

Want to try out Harrows End solo, but when I get to the door, the only options I have are the raid and heroic versions.

Is there another entrance for the solo version?

Where is the entrance in OP. Was exploring the zone last night and flew around the citadel but couldnt find the door.

Took me a while to find as well. It is on the beach in Obol Plains. Look away from the docks and you will a building/castle and that will be Harrows End.

Its very quest related deep in the drinal stewards line. where most of the quests you are doing are to gain access here eventually (or to learn more about the process)

The option is still not showing on the door. Other instances I can see them, but get told I do not meet entrance requirements.
