Troubador Epic starter broken ? (An Ayonic Journey)

I have followed the directions in the wikia and zam to get the starter for 'An Ayonic Journey' and made sure I have the requirements - L92 troubador - have all the languages listed.

When I try to talk / hail any of the NPC's:

In The Thundering Steppes, Speak with Maestra Orlita in the back of the Centaur camp( 52, 1, 1393 )
In East Freeport, speak with Lyricist Te'naj in the Amphitheatre at the top of the hill ( -22, -23, 112 )
In East Freeport, on the island in the middle of the water where the Fences are and speak with Lyricist Sha'son ( -395, -57, 1 )
In Qeynos Harbor, speak with Lyricist Keuhja. She stands on the balcony of the third floor of the building directly North of Fish's Alehouse and Inn ( 817, -14, 36 )
In Qeynos Harbor, Speak with Lyricist Trucci ( 830, -25, -20 ) in the same zone.

Thay are just singing a song - and dont have any dialog specific to me. Is this correct?

When I read the book - clicking next after each page ( after I listened to all of the NPC's aboves song ) I do not get any quest.

Am I doing somehting wrong? Is there some other requirement?

Verify the title of the book you clicked on and read..

There are several books in the Qeynos mage tower that are clickable regardelss of being on a particular quest or not..

Ack - nevermind...

The reason the book was not giving me the quest was because I had already started the quest a long time ago and just forgot that I had worked on it with this toon.
