Returning Player Question about AoD

I have already purchased DoV and was wondering if I don't have AoD ($40 is too much for a small expansion):

1. Can I still level to 92?

2. Can I still gain the additional AA?

Also, is there a link for setting the game up video wise, my comp is 4.3Ghz, 8gig Ram and AMD latest card and it still runs around 40-50 FPS.

Lvl 91/92 come with DoV. To get more then 300 AA, you will need AoD, however.
