WRATH worthwile?

You will have to forgive me (please?) but ive had my toons all locked at 20 for a few months...was wondering..

Wrath seems to be in all priests aresenal and there are no upgrades....does it scale with level....and is it worth having on the hotbar? Again Ive been locked at 20 forever on all my priests...si cant telll if it scales.

It is a fast caster....but is it just a waste of space?

I use it whenever something else is down even on my melee warden. Its also nice for pulling as it has good range.

Yes, it scales as you level.
