Station Cash still missing

Hi

I made 2 pucheses SC for 2k true the SMS system!

And i onle got 1 added to my account!

I had 1250 SC and both 2000+2000 SC so cud buy the expansion AOD!....

Can any one help me out ASAP so i can get going...
