I need some help.. I bought eq last month on the 15th and currently have a sub. However the last 2 days I cant log in, it keeps saying its down and now its currently only showing one character. All I can select is to delete it... but if I click play in the far bottom corner, itll let me log in. The thing is my character is below 6 others. Every time I log in and camp out it moves down one character so it takes me 6 log ins to get to my character. Is this because its being buggy, or something? I havent been able to easily play in days, and Id like to play at least one more time before my sub runs out. I intended on renewing it but at this rate its such a hassle to get in that I dont think I will. Can someone tell me if this is just temporary? It always seems to be down!! |

Are you using the most recent launcher? If not, that might be the problem. |

maybe post a screenshot so people even understand what you're talking about. and a little bit better understandable text. |

I get that problem if I don't run the new patcher after updates. If I simply open EverQuestII.exe without patching first, for instance, I'll get taken to a screen where there's one character, a level 0 commoner. Running the brand new patcher first fixed the issue for me. As long as it's patched, I can launch using the game application itself.
