Anyone's PQ timer not showing up?

I was looking around and can't find any other problems like mine.

Whenever I entr a Public Quest area the quest pops up in my journal and helper like normal but no timer is visable. I see the spot where it should be not no red clock is there.

It used to be there before but now it's not. I think I had to change my computer's time so that may have messed it up.

Anyone have an idea how to fix it?
