Wild Regeration only giving 20%, not 30%

The Druid AA "Wild Regernation" states that it increases the healing of the initial tick on HoTs by 30%. However, inspecting Autumn's Kiss VI (Expert) gives these numbers:

803-930 (before WR)

958-1119 (after WR)

This is a 20% increase, not a 30%.
