maintained effects filter

I find that I'm frequently checking the Maintained Effects window in order to see when certain spells expire, such as my single target and group reactives, or my debuffs on the mob. This way I know when to recast them.

I am having a problem in raids that when I cure a lot, my Maintained Effects window fills up with the Cure Effect reactive that occurs whenever I cure someone, because of AA I have spent in the Templar tree. These Cure Reactives make it impossible for me to see the effects that I am trying to keep track of.

Is there a way to filter out certain effects so they don't clutter up that window? If not in the default UI, then any mod UI out there?
