The base stats on the starting gear were 1.2k haste, 127 flurry, ~140 reuse, 400+ casting speed.. and a paltry 87k ab mod.
Flurry hard caps at 100. There is no way any amount of reforging will get rid of even most of those excess/useless stats.
I understand some flex.. but putting a significant chunk MORE then the max of a stat that hard caps on single items is bad itemization, especially when pieces have multiples of the stats with the excessive numbers.
Why would they even consider putting over 300 haste on a single item when haste is capped at 200?
