As soon as it is set in stone, meaning all contracts are signed, they will let us know. If the past is any guide we will likly find out some time next month, barring unforseen issues with the contracts.
IMO, I think they should try and get a multi-year deal somewhere on a set date, I think it would make it easier for both us and SOE and may even be cheaper for SoE in the long run.
