I noticed this buff. I liked how it gained in power as you progressed throught the storyline. I especially liked the fear immunity at the end!
And I definitely noticed yesterday that this buff was missing. Was it removed? 
I did think it was strange that Ethernere Affinity didnt affect us in Obol Plains, however.
