Several scout classes get abilities that provide a group buff when the group gets a death blow.  This mechanic works great for solo and heroic play.

For raid play it is pretty horrible considering the frequency of deaths (which clear these buffs) and the scarcity of some groups getting death blows.

I'm sure others will have better ideas than me, but is it possible to change the mechanic to something that equally useful in all the modes of adventure play.
