Since they called out fixes for icons, names, etc of crafted items in the patch notes, I'm sitting with the faction vendor and going over every recipe book in one swell foop. I may miss some things, but hopefully I can catch 'em all.
Alchemy:
Bloody Tooth Critical Draught, Bloody Tooth Draught of Increase, Bloody Tooth Potent Draught, Twark Critical Draught, Twark Draught of Increase, Twark Potent Draught - "draught" implies a drink, which makes sense for alchemist-made items. The icon for them is a scroll.
I have NOT checked to make sure these scrolls have had effects upgraded to match KA, instead of still using the ToT numbers. Since the alchemist potions are all still having effects that have no effects tied to their effect names, I suspect alchemist items need more bug fixing Armorer:

- Cae'dal Brazier has planter icon (it was just changed from a planter to a brazier, and the icon was missed)
- Cael'dal Stained Glass/Cae'dal Stained Glass - recipe name has an L where it shouldn't be. Icon is a painting, might want to change it to a window? Not sure on that one
- Reinforced Torsis Barrel uses the counter icon
- Sturdy Torsis Barrel uses the counter icon
- Torsis Merchant Stand uses a tapestry icon
Jeweler
- Bloody Tooth Battlemaster's Fighting Collar, Twark Battlemaster's Fighting Collar - use an icon traditionally used for a ring, not a neck torque
- Bloody Tooth Battlemaster's Scuffed Cuffs, Twark Battlemaster's Scuffed Cuffs - use an icon traditionally used for a ring, not a wrist item

- Bloody Tooth Stabby Stab uses the icon used by the Bloody Tooth Katar (and some earrings), and has no graphic when I preview it in the dressing room.
- Recipe issue: Twark throwing chopper, Twark throwing sharpy-star, Twark throwing smasher, Twark throwing stabby - yield is 100, when the arrows yield 200.
- I did not go over every weapon appearance with a fine-toothed comb yet.
