What is the name of the quest? I don't have the quest anymore, but I think it's 'Urgent Call'
Who gave you the quest? Brytthel
What does the current step of the quest say in your journal? Nothing, I deleted the quest and can't get it back
What exactly isn't working or as expected? I had a problem with the adventure quest and had to delete it and restart, as it wasn't working right, and I was at the same step, to talk to Queen Alwennielle (sp?) in the glaufeye village and thought maybe the TS quest was causing the issue, so I deleted it.
Did you take any particular steps that made this problem happen? I was doing the adventure sig line quest when the server went down for maintenance, and it messed things up for completing the adventure quest, which led to me deleting the TS quest as well. I was able to re-take the adventure quest from the original mail, but the mail didn't start the TS quest, it only sent me to Brytthel, who now talks to me as if I have the TS quest, but does not put the quest back into my journal.

Edit: I went back to mara and talked to Jerol as per Kaitheel's instructions and he did not give me the TS quest back, and I talked to the beta buffer as stated in your initial post and all he did was to redirect me to this forum to report the problem.
