hmm, looks like i'll have to eat crow on that one. I was just looking at acts (multi) modifier on output before. Looking at it on a per hit basis in combat log, it does indeed show two hits of both dawn and icefall, even without assisting winds. /reroll toon
Gonna forge out of the DC and check again.. guess i'll learn to do proper testing before posting.
