I would be not be a happy Templar if they upgraded this to 15 seconds, and didn't upgrade Equilibrium to 15 seconds also...I have always thought it was WAY too short, even with a .5 sec cast time (.25 with cast speed at 100)

Is this a Bristlebane Deity option???
