A good warden already knows not to cast sandstorm if they've got a scout tanking.. and if their tank doesn't have aggro, sandstorm is pointless anyway.
If the prestige boost to sandstorm are NOT included in what is shared, the warden cloak goes from 'not interesting' to 'completely useless'.
