The only thing I will say about this ability, is that I hope it's SoE's answer to make Swashbucklers more likable for raiding/heroics and not the answer to Scout CA's DPS in general. If it's for the latter then it would be really disappointing to have to depend on one class to be able to compete against all Mages on parses.
